As our team is quickly growing, we are looking for an HR People Partner to join our team and help scale a high‑performing, product‑driven fintech organization. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner for teams and managers, driving people initiatives that support business growth, engagement, and performance.

Your responsibilities will include implementing strategic HR initiatives and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, performance, and offboarding
• Partner with tech & non‑tech teams to support their effectiveness and growth
• Run regular 1:1s, identify risks early, and support employee development
• Drive performance review cycles and ensure transparent, consistent processes
• Support and improve HR policies and people practices aligned with business needs
• Advise managers on employee relations, team dynamics, and decision‑making
• Contribute to building a strong, inclusive, and feedback‑driven culture
• Support engagement initiatives, benefits, and employer branding

Requirements & Skills:

• 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in IT product or fintech companies
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and performance management
• Confidence working with managers and influencing decision‑making
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, scaling environment
• Intermediate+ English
