As an HR Specialist supporting our IT department , you’ll play a key role in strengthening our team and fostering an engaging organizational culture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow their HR career in a fast-paced, international IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and talent acquisition for various technical roles
• Assist with onboarding and orientation programs
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance
• Coordinate training and development activities
• Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace environment
• Provide administrative support across HR functions, including payroll and benefits

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR profession
• High level of discretion with sensitive information
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and team spirit
• Prior HR internship or administrative experience is a plus
• Fluency in German is required
• Very good English skills
• Part-time or full-time possible (4/6/8-hour position)
