We are looking for a Human Capital Business Partner to support our teams in Germany (Berlin and Cologne) as part of our Europe, Middle East and Canada business segment (EMEC).

What You Will Do

• Support management and employees with engagement programs, performance management, operational excellence, run the local internship program and ensure legal compliance.
• Act as a business partner to the Works Council in Germany and educate others within the business on required practices.
• Act as a business partner and advisor to local management and employees on all HR related matters.
• Leverage automation and systems such as Workday to improve the efficiency of HR-related services and policies; analyze trends and metrics.
• Promote employee engagement and well‑being initiatives to help the company be the best place to work.
• Support managers and employees throughout the annual performance management cycle.
• Collaborate with the Works Council to conceive, negotiate, introduce and implement work agreements with the Executive Director of Human Capital.

What You Will Need

• Degree educated with 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• Solid HR generalist experience.
• A thorough background in HR processes impacting the employee lifecycle.
• Experience operating as a stand‑alone HR Business Partner able to work independently and with initiative, as well as in a team.
• Solid basic knowledge of German labour law and previous experience working with a Works Council is desirable.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong command of the German and English language.

• Experience in global workforce is a plus.
