Human Resources Business Partner – Industrials

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR lead for the Industrials segment across Europe.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and enable business performance.
• Support the scaling of the European Industrials organization and transformation priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and ensure consistent HR execution across the segment.

Requirements

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Fluency in English and French required.
