Mariana

I started my Beiersdorf journey in 2021 with 10+ yearsof HR experience. Joining the Global Mobility team was a life changingdecision, as I moved from Mexico to Germany. When I arrived in Hamburg, my teambrought me from the airport to my flat and took me to my first Christmas Market.I felt so welcome which made me feel “at home away from home”. As Head of GlobalMobility Consultants, I am working with incredible colleagues worldwide everyday.

In 2007, I started as team assistant at BSS and later took the role of assistant to the CIO. In2021, I moved to HR where I’ve been supporting various teams ever since. Overtime, I've built an assistant network to share infos andsupport each other. Moreover, I support the "Good for me" team byoffering meditation & mindfulness sessions as this topic is close to myheart. I love working with people and find it fulfilling to help others in theirjob!
