Hybrid: Associate Field Sales Engineer for Europe

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. in Ottobrunn, Germany, seeks an Associate Field Sales Engineer to join the MPS NOW team. You will rotate through field applications, customer service, marketing and product line to learn across teams.

You will contribute to revenue growth, build technical storytelling, and identify new opportunities with distributors while developing a solid foundation in power management and analog systems. Fluency in German and English is required.
