IAM Technical Specialist for SSO, FAM & PAM (d/m/w).

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GMC to join our team as IAM Technical Specialist for SSO & FAM & PAM (d/m/w).

The main tasks and responsibilities:

• Design and implement approved architectures and solutions for national projects.
• Ensure smooth operation of IAM systems, including monitoring, ticket handling, change requests, problem management, and backup/recovery.
• Maintain and update project and operational documentation related to designs and architectures.
• Act as a key contact for technologies and methodologies used.
• Monitor technological trends and support other operational teams.
• Provide recommendations for improving designs, architectures, and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT/information systems.
• Strong experience in building and operating Single Sign-On solutions, ideally with Ping Identity.
• Proficient in user and group management, GPO administration, and Privileged Account/Access Management (PAM).
• Solid experience with Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP protocol.
• Advanced skills in Windows Server administration (2016 or newer), MS Office, and PowerShell scripting.
• Good knowledge of change management and basic project management.
• German and English: business level.
