Implementation Consultant / Project Manager (f/m/d)

What You Will Do

• Own the full customer lifecycle hands‑on.
• Run implementations, onboardings, and rollouts of Wallet Studio with enterprise clients end to end; advise, configure, solve problems, and ensure real value from the product.
• Anchor Wallet Studio in corporate processes by embedding it into operational workflows, customer journeys, and reporting.
• Advise and lead enterprise stakeholders; translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes; run workshops and steering meetings; present to senior stakeholders in English and German.
• Drive expansion through operational excellence by identifying opportunities for new business lines, use cases, and deeper penetration; flag and prepare these for the team lead.
• Collaborate across functions with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Solution Consulting; bring customer feedback back into the organization and contribute to improving processes.
• Work with AI as part of daily toolkit: use AI for execution, structuring, research, and customer work; build own workflows and propose smarter ways of working.
• Scope and expectations: work in a small, senior team reporting directly to the founding team; individual contributor role with ownership of customer outcomes; pragmatic mindset; build missing pieces rather than wait for instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer‑facing role such as Implementation Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Enterprise Consultant in B2B SaaS. Years of experience are not required; focus on what you have done and how you work.
• Hands‑on experience onboarding and advising enterprise customers; understand how to embed a SaaS product into complex corporate environments, including stakeholder dynamics, integration work, and change management.
• Technical fluency: understand API‑based products, data flows, and integrations well enough to translate them into clear client outcomes. Coding is not required, but connectivity concepts must be grasped.
• Commercial awareness: recognize when a customer is ready to expand; understand how good delivery drives growth and actively contribute to that.
• Excellent communication in English and German at full professional proficiency; comfortable speaking at client workshops and detailed technical calls.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries is a strong plus; understand or quickly learn how enterprise insurance groups operate.
• A doer mindset: do not wait for perfect instructions; figure out solutions, build needed tools, and make customers successful.
• Work with AI daily.
