In-Home Physician (Part Time) - Garden City, KS

Signify Health, a division of CVS Health, is seeking a Part‑Time Physician to conduct in‑home health evaluations and provide preventive care for members across the United States.

Job highlights

The visit lasts approximately 45 minutes and includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the member’s health plan, additional diagnostic tests. Physicians use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation and are not required to prescribe medication, order lab tests, or modify existing treatment plans.

In this role, you will:

• Bring your heart into every visit, joining a national network of clinicians dedicated to improving health outcomes
• Contribute to nationwide efforts to reach millions of members by connecting them to appropriate care
• Work with Signify Health as a clinician colleague, fulfilling the requirements of the specified role
• Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states as needed
• Conduct virtual visits when necessary
• Provide all Signify Health services as indicated, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (e.g., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening)

A Note on Our Work Environment

As an in‑home clinician, your primary workplace is the private residence of health plan members. You must be able to safely and comfortably perform duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential allergens or irritants.

Pay Range

$83.69 - $180.25 per hour. Actual base salary will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors.
