In-house SAP PM Consultant – Maintenance Processes

Responsibilities

• Responsible as Process Owner / Module Lead for the SAP PM module
• Support and development of maintenance, servicing and notification processes in the PM module in SAP S/4HANA
• Capture requirements for SAP processes and advise IT on their functional implementation
• Design and implement complex system solutions in SAP and non‑SAP environments
• Administration and further development of the CAFM software Planon conjectFM
• Project management for IT‑heavy projects in real estate management
• Development and integration of applications related to digitalization and AI within real‑estate processes

Requirements

• Degree (Diploma/Master) in Business Informatics or Computer Science
• Strong knowledge and extensive experience with SAP PM
• High IT affinity and domain expertise in the SAP PM area, with in‑depth experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions
• Organizational skills and project experience in delivering SAP HANA projects
