In Market Category Demand Planner (m/w/d)

In this role you drive the unconstrained and consensus forecast for multiple channels in coordination with Commercial and Supply Chain. You will lead parts of the IBP cycle, align cross-functional teams on enrichments, and manage risks and opportunities in the forecast. The position emphasizes market understanding, segmentation, and data-driven decision making to support Haleon’s growth plans. You’ll work closely with finance and market teams to ensure volume-to-value alignment and effective allocation. This is an opportunity to shape demand planning across brands in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Develop monthly unconstrained forecast using promo plans, A&P, NPI and market intelligence
• Analyze baseline forecast and enrich for a 36-month horizon
• Lead IBP activities and manage Monthly Cross Functional Enrichment to agree volume enrichments
• Maintain risks and opportunities with probability and forecast inclusion
• Represent portfolio and explain forecast assumptions in Cluster DRM
• Use segmentation to focus on priority SKUs/customers with biggest growth impact
• Collaborate with Demand Forecaster to maintain masterdata/history and generate accurate baseline forecast
• Review sales history and identify demand drivers (promotions, competition, innovation) to enrich forecast
• Maintain promotions library and reflect future volumes; ensure accuracy in unconstrained forecast
• Review supply constraints and develop consensus forecast; manage allocation with Commercial
• Contribute input to DRM gap to target; prioritize actions with market teams
• Submit unconstrained and consensus forecast on time; articulate drivers, changes, risks and opportunities
• Coach junior planners; promote consistency, quality, and continuous improvement
• Escalation point for operational issues and strategic decisions; support onboarding and capability development
• Collaborate with finance to align volume with value

• Bachelor in Supply Chain
• 4+ years of Supply Chain experience
• Ability to analyze and interpret data objectively
