Independent Sales Representative

EDS International is expanding in Western Europe — and we are seeking an Independent Sales Representative (Commission-Only / Contract Basis)

To support our continued growth in Europe, EDS International is looking for a full-time independent sales representative based in Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands (Germany preferred) to develop new business opportunities across Western Europe.

Important: This is not a salaried employee position .

This is a contractual business development role for professionals who are actively working in sales and able to engage prospects during normal business hours. Compensation is 100% commission-based , tied directly to generated sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads
• Are comfortable with a commission-only structure.
• Identify companies open to optimizing or strengthening their sourcing strategies
• Can develop relationships with manufacturers and procurement decision-makers.

With over 40 years of experience, EDS International helps manufacturers identify, qualify, and manage suppliers across India, Vietnam, Thailand, Mexico, and other strategic sourcing markets through on-the-ground teams and structured sourcing solutions.

Qualifications

This opportunity is best suited for experienced business development professionals who want to represent an established global sourcing company and grow their market through performance-driven sales. We’re particularly interested in candidates with strong B2B sales experience in industrial or technical sectors, ideally with an existing network and a solid understanding of manufacturing environments.
