As Influencer & Community Manager you’ll own end‑to‑end influencer partnerships from insight generation and influencer selection to content delivery and performance optimization — driving brand relevance, trust, and measurable impact across P&G’s portfolio. Alongside this, you will also ensure these creator‑led moments continue to live beyond campaigns, contributing to ongoing conversation, advocacy, and community engagement across platforms. Working closely with Brand, Media, and PR teams, you’ll bring global strategies to life in a way that is locally relevant, culturally sharp, and built to perform. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands creator culture, platform dynamics and how to turn content and conversation into growth.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Proven record of managing end‑to‑end influencer campaigns, from briefing through to reporting.
• Strong understanding of the DACH creator landscape and platform dynamics.
• Data‑driven mindset, with the ability to analyse performance and optimise campaigns.
• Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results (engagement, awareness, conversion).
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Ability to create and maintain effective business partnerships.
• High fluency in German language.
