The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to drive the success of our influencers/KOLs/Streamers marketing programs in the online crypto gambling space. This role involves managing partnerships with influencers/KOLs/Streamers, and ensuring impactful brand engagement across social media platforms where our influencers/KOLs/Streamers and users are active. The ideal candidate will have a strategic and hands‑on approach, working closely with the 2UP’s marketing team to attract, retain, and support high-quality streaming partners. You will have experience dealing with influencers/KOLs/Streamers and understand how streaming platforms work. We are seeking someone outgoing, entertaining and motivated.

Key Skills & Experience

Experienced in acquiring, negotiating, and managing partnerships with gambling or crypto influencers/KOLs/Streamers, ensuring they deliver value to our brand and driving referrals to the platform.
Strong interest in online gambling, crypto and social media, and a finger on the pulse of emerging trends, memes and top influencers/KOLs/Streamers in the respective spaces.
Skilled at maximizing brand visibility and engagement across a variety of platforms including X Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Kick and streaming platforms.
Experience measuring and interpreting influencer marketing campaign metrics and live stream data, understanding ROI to optimize influencer strategies.
Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills; able to communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

Shape and implement social media and streaming partner strategies to acquire and convert social media and streaming viewers.
Identify, engage, and negotiate partnerships with top influencers/KOLs/Streamers across social media and streaming platforms.
Contribute to creating and deploying influencer campaigns and work closely with influencers/KOLs/Streamers on campaign content and scripts.
Track live stream data, ROI, and other campaign metrics to ensure effective, data‑driven decisions.
Manage budget allocations for influencer partnerships, focusing on acquisition and viewer conversion.
Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights on goal alignment and areas for improvement.
Offer hands‑on support to streaming partners throughout campaign cycles.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3+ years in influencer marketing, streaming, or social media management, ideally with experience in top online crypto casinos.
Proven knowledge of social media channels including Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, Kick and Discord.
Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze data and ROI metrics, with intermediate Excel skills.
Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages relevant to target markets is a plus.
Proven success in managing projects solo or remotely, with a passion for working in fast‑paced environments.
Thrives in a fast‑paced setting, handling multiple projects simultaneously and a global team perspective.
Open to multitasking and stepping into various roles when needed to support team and business goals.
