Information Technology Manager

An established hospitality business is looking for an experienced IT professional to join the team. This role takes responsibility for the modern digital workplace across a large portfolio of locations and the central office, overseeing the overall strategy for Microsoft 365 and client management. The successful candidate will act as a key service owner, managing external partners and driving technical standards to ensure all employees can work productively and securely.

What you'll be doing

• Managing external service providers including SLA monitoring, KPI reporting, and escalation management
• Developing and maintaining unified workplace standards for all locations, including device lifecycles and media technology
• Overseeing the entire Microsoft 365 environment, covering Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID
• Leading workplace projects and IT integration processes for new site openings and acquisitions
• Managing budgets for the workplace sector, including investment and license planning

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in IT service management and the strategic development of digital workplace solutions
• Deep technical knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and cloud-based workplace management
• Proven track record in managing external managed service providers and contract negotiations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex rollouts across multiple locations
• Fluency in German and English to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners
