Job Requirements

Design and develop innovative concepts, components, and products for next-generation automotive connectivity solutions
Drive the exploration, evaluation, and implementation of new technologies, materials, and design approaches to create competitive product innovations
Perform and interpret mechanical simulations to optimize product performance, reliability, and durability
Build and validate prototypes using rapid prototyping methods and support iterative design improvements
Contribute to technology roadmaps and actively identify opportunities for future product and process innovations

What your background should look like

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
Strong experience in mechanical design and product development, ideally in an automotive or industrial environment
Excellent CAD skills and proven experience in creating complex mechanical designs
Experience with both parametric modeling (e.g. PTC Creo) and non-parametric modeling (e.g. Ansys SpaceClaim) is a plus
Experience with mechanical simulation tools (e.g., structural, thermal, or multi-physics simulations with Ansys Mechanical) is a plus
Experience with rapid prototyping technologies and hands‑on prototype development is a plus
Open-minded, curious, and passionate about exploring new technologies and innovative solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English; German is a plus
