Inside Sales Administrator (Remote – Europe)

C&L Aerospace is seeking a Remote Inside Sales Administrator to support our European Business Jet Parts Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑driven, and highly responsive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

You will work closely with customers and suppliers, prepare and process quotes and purchase orders, track shipments, manage documentation, and help ensure on‑time delivery—contributing directly to our team’s sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional support to new and existing customers
• Prepare quotes and enter RFQs, quotes, and orders into the ERP system (Quantum experience preferred)
• Review supplier quotations and help select the best options based on customer requirements
• Process customer purchase orders and raise purchase orders to suppliers
• Coordinate shipping, track orders, and ensure on‑time delivery
• Prepare and manage required documentation, including returns (RMAs) and repair orders
• Maintain accurate digital files and records
• Collaborate with the sales team on active projects and monthly goals
• Contribute to process improvements and strong customer service standards

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
• Ability to type at least 50 wpm
• Aviation or aerospace parts experience is beneficial but not required
