Inside Sales Intern

Responsibilities

  • Focus on SMB growth through net new business acquisition and support renewal of long-tail accounts.
  • Launch and promote all Kaspersky campaigns and promotions across end users and channel partners.
  • Activate inactive and dormant end users.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong long‑lasting customers and partners relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and partners stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Kaspersky solutions according to customer and partner needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop new business with existing customers and partner an identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Ability to call down on Kaspersky promo and campaign through customers and partners.
  • Prepare forecast and reports on deals based on individual opportunities and region.
  • Collaborate with field sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Assist with challenging customer and partner requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive and C‑level stakeholders.
  • Ability to juggle multiple promo and campaigns while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to locate new business opportunities and convert them into successful sales.

Job Requirements

  • Passionate about sales and driven to achieve results.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS office (Particularly MS Excel).
  • Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
