## Inside Sales SpecialistAldingen, Baden-Wuerttemberg, GermanyFind out how well you match with this jobJob ID: 10500**Your Tasks*** Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio across the EMEA region, ensuring excellent customer service and account development.* Support Territory Managers by handling inside sales activities and enabling them to focus on business development and customer acquisition.* Drive lead generation activities through database management, telemarketing campaigns, and proactive customer outreach.* Own the lead management process, including qualification, allocation, and follow-up of sales opportunities.* Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on quotations, including pricing clarifications, approvals, and customer negotiations.* Maintain accurate customer data and sales activities in SAP and Salesforce while supporting forecasting and reporting processes.* Collaborate closely with Sales, Order Management, Operations, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.**Your Profile*** Several years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, or a comparable commercial role.* Proven experience managing customer relationships and supporting business growth independently.* Experience preparing quotations and discussing pricing with customers in a B2B environment.* Strong organizational skills with a structured and proactive working style.* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.* Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
