Integration Specialist | Live Entertainment Company

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Integration Specialist | Live Entertainment Company based in Germany.

As an Integration Specialist, you’ll take ownership of business-critical integrations across a complex international technology environment.
You’ll initially focus on Boomi-powered integration flows connecting core business, marketing, ticketing, and ERP platforms.
Your work will ensure reliable data movement, stable system connectivity, and resilient integrations across critical internal systems.
You’ll design and implement new integrations while continuously monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving existing connections.
Working closely with IT, Product, Operations, developers, and external technology partners, you’ll help shape scalable integration architecture.
The role offers significant ownership and visibility, with a direct impact on the reliability of essential digital infrastructure.
You’ll join a fast-paced environment where strong technical expertise, clear communication, and structured documentation are essential to success.

Accountabilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of existing Boomi integration flows, including maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement new integrations across ticketing, marketing, ERP, and other core business systems.
• Ensure reliable and scalable data movement between internal platforms and external systems.
• Build and maintain robust logging, alerting, and monitoring capabilities to identify integration issues proactively.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across data flows, middleware layers, APIs, and connected endpoint systems.
• Collaborate with internal developers, IT partners, system vendors, and business stakeholders to align integration architecture and technical decisions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, including technical specifications, dependencies, version control, and change-management information.
• Contribute to the evaluation and selection of future middleware and integration technologies as the wider technology landscape evolves.
• Support the ongoing reliability, scalability, and maintainability of the organization’s integration architecture.
• Work closely with Group IT, Product, and Operations teams to ensure technical solutions meet business and operational requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with integrations in complex internal technology environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of Boomi and common integration patterns, including ETL, publish/subscribe, and middleware orchestration.
• Proficiency with APIs, JSON, XML, and common data transformation techniques.
• Solid understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, HRIS, ticketing, and CRM platforms.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across data pipelines, middleware, APIs, and endpoint applications.
• Experience working within cross-functional and distributed technology teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills and a structured approach to change management and technical delivery.
• Experience with BigQuery or data warehouse migrations is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environments is advantageous.
• Experience integrating marketing and ticketing platforms, such as AudienceView or similar solutions, is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively during European working hours and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions.
