Interim Finance Director

We are working with a fast‑growing healthcare accelerator in Munich seeking an Interim Finance Director (3–9 months) to stabilise and lead the finance function during a period of scaling.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strengthen accounting processes, cash flow management, and internal controls (HGB compliant).
• Support fundraising, grants, investor relations, and portfolio‑company financial oversight.
• Provide financial modelling and strategic guidance to the CEO and leadership team.
• Manage finance staff and collaborate across programs and investment functions.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ senior finance experience (healthcare, VC/PE, or start‑ups preferred).
• Strong operational finance, reporting, and modelling skills; German GAAP/HGB expertise.
• Experience in fast‑growth or transitional environments.
• Fluent German and English.
