Intern – Founder's Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure that packages are shipped on time and coordinate pickups with our shipping provider.
• Proactively develop new processes and identify solutions to further automate existing workflows.
• Analyze data from our internal processes regarding quality, costs, output, productivity, etc., and derive actionable recommendations.
• Oversee projects within operations and take full responsibility for their implementation.
• Work closely with our warehouse team.
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and partners.

Requirements

• You have a business‑related vocational qualification, are pursuing a degree, or have other prior experience you believe makes you an ideal fit for this internship.
• You enjoy quickly getting to grips with new challenges and independently developing solutions.
• You have a hands‑on mentality and are willing to pitch in when needed.
• You possess analytical skills, are highly organized, and act in a solution‑oriented manner.
• You have excellent written and spoken German and advanced English skills.
