Internal Audit & Certification Manager

In this role you will lead the GPQSS Internal Audit Team to foster safety and quality across the value chain. You will oversee the internal audit program, ISO-based compliance, and external certification processes, coordinating with global functions. You will also develop and align a global training strategy to improve customer experience, skills, and business impact. This is a global, cross-functional position offering growth and the chance to shape GPQSS’s integrated management system and certification posture.

• Lead and coordinate the GPQSS Internal Audit Team to promote safety and quality across the value chain
• Plan, execute, and report on the internal audit program; support BU GI initiatives
• Identify risks and controls; provide recommendations and communicate findings to management
• Oversee compliance with quality and HSE standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and local legislation
• Manage external integrated certification with third-party bodies and represent the company in audits
• Contribute to global Customer Experience training strategy and training program delivery
• Analyze data to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning initiatives
• Define and track KPIs to measure training effectiveness and impact
• Build relationships with stakeholders and SMEs to develop engaging training content
• Align training delivery with organizational goals and scalable global deployment

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Engineering, Business Admin, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related)
• At least five years of experience in customer experience, marketing and sales, training, or learning and development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs
• Hands-on experience in developing engaging training content and learning materials
• Ability to assess training needs, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement of learning programs
• Knowledge of learning management systems, particularly Cornerstone, and digital learning tools
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages advantageous
