Internal Sales Representative – Sales Operations

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads (website or referrals)
• Create prospects in the CRM and continuously maintain their data
• Monitor tender platforms and coordinate requests/requirements
• Independently prepare small quotes and support Account Managers
• Coordinate appointments, trade shows and meetings, and plan sales campaigns
• Provide operational and organizational support to the sales team

Requirements

• Completed commercial/vocational training or an equivalent qualification
• Some to several years' experience in inside sales, sales operations, or a comparable coordination role
• Very structured and meticulous work style
• Confident with CRM systems
• Very good organizational skills
• Clear, concise and reliable communication skills, both verbal and written
