International Category Manager ICT (m/f/x)

In this role you drive the IT category strategy on a global scale, shaping software, IT services and telecom sourcing within a cross-functional procurement setup. You manage strategic IT suppliers, run international tenders and negotiations, and deliver cost savings through TCO-driven approaches. You’ll use digital procurement tools to ensure policy compliance while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. • Develop and implement a global IT category strategy (software, IT services, telecommunications)
• Manage strategic suppliers and lead international tenders, contract and price negotiations
• Achieve TCO-driven cost savings and margin improvement
• Execute global cross-functional procurement projects aligned with business needs
• Maintain close stakeholder management across functions
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies using digital tools (SAP, Coupa)

• Several years of experience in strategic IT procurement and contract law
• Strong interest in new technologies and adaptability to changing markets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP, Coupa and AI tools preferred
• Business fluency in English and German
• Excellent intercultural collaboration with international stakeholders
• Effective communication, results-driven mindset, proactive and accountable working style
