• Manage and develop relationships with third-party distributors across France, the Nordics, and future European markets.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distribution partners to support your international expansion strategy.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and drive distributor performance through strategic guidance on brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Your experience & skills:

• 5–10 years of experience in international business development or distributor management within FMCG, nutrition, or consumer goods.
• Strong experience in commercial negotiations and contract management.
• Excellent financial and commercial acumen with a proven track record of building long-term relationships.
