Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Develop a holistic understanding of Frontend manufacturing by contributing to strategic, operational, and technical initiatives across the FE organization.
• Join cross‑functional performance improvements and learn how to translate strategy into execution while effectively engaging stakeholders from shop floor to board level.

Your program consists of the following elements:

• Strategic assignment, providing exposure to executive decision-making and business steering.
• Operational assignment, focusing on fab performance and operational excellence.
• Technical assignment, building domain expertise and understanding of the technological drivers of manufacturing success.
• Support strategic frontend optimization initiatives by leveraging AI and digital expertise.
• Help translate complex technical and strategic insights into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within an international setting, bringing a fresh perspective.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Chemistry, Physics or a related field.
• Project Management experience with strong analytical skills.
• AI and digital expertise.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent English and German communication skills.
