Internship Finance Transformation (Change / Communications / People)

Tasks

As part of the Finance Transformation team, you will contribute to the reputation, acceptance and visibility of the program to relevant stakeholders. In terms of change, communications and people topics, you will drive positive change within the finance community.

• Conceptual and operational support for change, communications and people initiatives
• Support in the preparation and implementation of meetings, workshops and presentations
• Management of important data and support with analyses
• Independent projects in the area of Change / Communications / People according to your skills, experience and interests
• Creative and innovative ideas for the further development of our approach are very welcome

Requirements

Our team has a wide variety of academic backgrounds and we welcome your individual skills and specializations. What counts is your ambition to drive topics forward!

• At least in the 3rd semester of the degree program at the time of the internship
• Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrolment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
• Degree in communication and media studies, psychology, human resources management, economics or social sciences or similar
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
• Analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Commitment, ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility
