Time Period

• From mid August 2026 for a period of 6 months

Tasks

• Support in the conception and implementation of various activities in personnel marketing and employer branding, such as campaign roll‑outs
• Support in the implementation of communication measures for internal as well as external communication channels (e.g., social media, career website, intranet)
• Coordinate international collaboration with our HR marketing experts on strategic projects and initiatives
• Plan, implement and evaluate various events independently
• Research and prepare decision papers and current analyses in the area of Employer Branding
• Provide operational support and contribute ideas for HR Marketing and Employer Branding

Requirements

• Enrollment in a business administration, business education, communication science or similar degree program
• Initial experience in personnel development/HR marketing is an advantage
• Strong IT and social media affinity
• Very good knowledge of English and proficient use of MS Office
• Independent, goal‑oriented and reliable way of working
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
