Tasks

Content Creation: Plan, produce, and publish creative content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) across our social media channels
Social Media Management: Catch the latest trends and adapt them with humor and style to engage our target audiences (both teens and parents) across relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Community Management: Interact with our community and actively drive high engagement
Project Management: Independently plan your influencer trips across Europe, coordinating directly with our local accommodation and language school partners
Digital Marketing Management: When working from the office, help execute our marketing strategy to boost brand visibility and awareness
Event Management: Accompany our team to events (e.g., trade fairs) and create content for LinkedIn to strengthen our employer branding

Requirements

You are organized, structured, and passionate about strategically developing and growing a brand
You are a digital native and spend (maybe a little too) much time on TikTok and Instagram
You enjoy intercultural communication and thrive when working with people from different backgrounds
Very good command of English is a must and fluency in one of the following languages is required: German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian
Mandatory internship: The internship is mandatory in the course of your studies/university program
The internship has a minimum duration of 3 months (13 weeks) - longer durations are welcome
