Role Overview

Intern (f/m/d) to support us in Training Management & Learning Development. Within the scope of this position it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Responsibilities

• You support the planning and implementation of global training activities (virtual & on-site).
• You contribute to the creation and revision of training materials in German and English (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, videos, digital learning formats).
• You support the administration of our Learning Management System (e.g. course uploads, reporting, training assignments).
• You will gain insights into innovative learning methods and modern Learning & Development concepts.

Qualifications and Experience

• You are studying in any field of study, ideally business psychology, psychology, learning or instructional design, media pedagogy, or a comparable field – the interest in learning, didactics, and training management is more important than the specific degree.
• You are confident using MS Office (especially PowerPoint); we are happy to teach you everything.

Attributes & Skills

• You have good English skills for working in an international environment; German is a plus.
• You have a strong interest in training, learning, didactics, and digital learning formats and enjoy working in a team.
• You demonstrate strong communication skills, high motivation, and curiosity to further develop your professional skills.
• You work independently, ask questions, critically reflect on topics, and contribute your own ideas.
• You are also interested in a working student position after the internship (in consultation with the department).
• Your study regulations include an internship for at least ca. 5 months (ca. 750h) and you would like to gain practical experience. Then we look forward to receiving your application!
