Investment and Strategy Analyst (all genders)

Join Holidu’s fast-growing M&A team to source, evaluate, and integrate acquisition opportunities across Europe. You’ll build market maps, craft investment cases, and execute live deals with senior guidance from the team. You’ll lead post-merger integration as a cross-functional project manager and help refine the M&A process to boost deal velocity. • Source pipeline and surface targets using market maps and screens, leveraging in-house AI tools
• Build investment cases and prepare materials for the investment committee
• Execute live deals and manage due diligence and deal execution workstreams
• Lead post-merger integration as a cross-functional project manager
• Contribute to refining and speeding up the M&A process
• Possibly rotate into adjacent growth team functions touched by deals

• Top-tier degree in business, STEM, or quantitative field (distinguishing track record)
• Internships at bank, PE/VC, or top consultancy; or startup/ship-it experience to demonstrate impact
• First-principles thinker with evidence-based problem solving
• Owner’s mindset and ability to drive workstreams independently
• Comfort in fast-paced, multi-project environments
• Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint; fluent in German and English
