Venture Capital Associate (m/f/x)

Workplace: Munich

Your mission

• Take part in end-to-end investment processes – from sourcing to closing.
• Develop and support portfolio companies, including follow-on financing.
• Build your own deal flow network and scout the next breakout founders.
• Contribute to fund strategy, research, and internal innovation.

Your profile

• A technical university degree (STEM, engineering, computer science, etc.).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in venture capital, startups, or top-tier consulting.
• Strong analytical and first-principles thinking skills.
• A growth mindset and high intellectual curiosity.
• A team player who is empathetic, communicative, and self-driven.
• A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and the startup world.
