Investment Banking Associate, AI Internship | Applied AI x Corporate Finance (Fully Remote)

• Contribute investment banking expertise to structured research projects designed to improve AI capabilities in corporate finance and capital markets.
• Generate, refine, and evaluate high-quality financial content reflecting experienced banking professionals' reasoning.
• Analyze transaction workflows including origination, pitching, execution, and closing processes.

Requirements:

• Current MBA candidate with 3–7 years of prior investment banking or capital markets experience at a leading financial institution or elite boutique.
• Previous experience at Analyst or Associate level within investment banking.
• Strong expertise in at least one area including M&A, valuation, equity or debt capital markets, sector coverage, or syndicate.
