VC Associate (Fully Remote)

• Network and take part in industry and VC events, organizations.
• Help generate deal-flow and source high-potential target companies.
• Meet with and evaluate companies to make recommendations on investing.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of work experience in related role; previous VC or operational tech role preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay range between $120,000 and $155,000/year for California-based roles.
• Generous benefits package includes 401(k) eligibility, paid time off, and annual cash bonus.
