Investment Off-Cycle Analyst (Frankfurt)

At Tresmares Capital, we are looking for a highly motivated Off‑Cycle Analyst to join our team in Frankfurt.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities
• Participate in the creation and review of financial models
• Support in the preparation of investment committee materials
• Support in the monitoring of portfolio companies

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in private debt / leveraged finance, private equity, debt advisory, investment banking, strategy consulting, transaction advisory services or a related field
• Currently pursuing a degree in finance, business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field (advanced semesters / Master’s level) with excellent academic performance
• Financial modelling, analytical and quantitative skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Mandatory German speaker and fluent in English
