Investor Relations Manager (DACH) (m/f/d)

Join Moonfare as an Investor Relations Manager for the DACH region and help high-net-worth and family-office clients navigate private markets. You will combine market insight with commercial acumen to foster client relationships and drive growth in a fast-scaling fintech. This highly visible, client-facing role sits at the crossroads of private markets expertise and revenue generation, shaping the investor experience on Moonfare’s digital platform. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to educate clients, manage portfolios, and optimize engagement with a clear impact on business outcomes.

• Build and grow relationships with HNW, UHNW clients and family offices to deliver best-in-class client experience

• Bachelor in Finance or related field with at least 5 years in investor relations, private markets, wealth management, or financial services
• MBA or CFA advantageous but not mandatory
• Full written and spoken proficiency in German and English
• Solid understanding of private markets and portfolio construction
• Commercial mindset with a track record of revenue growth or client expansion
• Proficiency in portfolio planning and cash flow management
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to translate complex concepts
• High ownership, accountability and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
