Investor Relations Manager (m/f/d)

As Investor Relations Manager at Symrise, you shape and communicate the company’s equity story and serve as a trusted interface to investors and analysts. You work closely with the Head of Investor Relations to develop investor communications and coordinate market-facing activities. You translate complex financial topics into clear, investor-ready messages and help manage relationships with capital markets. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across roadshows, earnings calls, and regulatory reporting, offering exposure to a global, growth-focused organization.

• Support the development and execution of the investor relations strategy and equity story
• Maintain and expand relationships with investors, analysts, and capital market stakeholders
• Prepare and coordinate investor-facing materials (earnings presentations, reports, Q&A, management briefings)
• Organize and support capital market activities (roadshows, investor meetings, earnings calls, conferences, CM Days, AGM)
• Collaborate with Finance and other functions on quarterly reporting, financial communication, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor market developments and investor feedback to provide management with insights
• Maintain IR communication channels (IR website and databases)

• Several years of experience in Investor Relations or a capital markets-related environment
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, valuation, financial reporting, and capital market regulations
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear investor communications
• Fluent in English and German
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Independent, collaborative, detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
• CIRO qualification is beneficial
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
