IT Business Analyst / 100% Remote in Germany / German Speaker

In this remote IT Business Analyst role, you liaise with client IT teams to elicit and translate requirements into actionable solutions. You will coordinate with internal consultants, developers, and project managers, and present findings to senior stakeholders. The role focuses on facilitating digital transformation initiatives for end clients, across Germany or Austria, in a consulting context. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping solutions in a collaborative, client-facing environment with immediate interview opportunities.

• Gather key requirements from internal and external IT departments and translate them into potential solutions
• Present work to senior stakeholders at the end client
• Collaborate with IT consultants, developers and project managers to shape solutions
• Lead meetings with internal and external team members

• Proven IT Business Analyst experience, preferably in consulting
• German language proficiency C1/C2
• Strong understanding of IT departments
• Ability to interact with non-technical and technical stakeholders across the hierarchy
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Available for remote work from Germany (or Austria) with relocation possible
