IT Business Analyst – Data, Finance, SAP

Responsibilities

• Analyze, structure and document business and technical requirements across finance, SAP and data processes
• Work closely with business units and IT to develop sustainable solution and process concepts
• Translate business needs into user stories, business requirements and functional specifications for development teams
• Model business processes, data flows and system landscapes and identify optimization potential
• Support the further development of finance, master data and SAP processes and accompany transformation and digitization projects from analysis through to go-live

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Consultant, Requirements Engineer or in a comparable role
• Solid knowledge of finance, SAP or data environments and experience with modern ERP and data platforms
• Familiarity with requirements engineering methods and process modeling, and confident use of agile methods and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical thinking, a structured way of working and excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Business‑fluent German (at least C1) and very good English skills
