  • Several years of experience in the design, management, or coordination of IT-related projects, ideally in complex or cross-organizational structures
  • A strong understanding of IT management, IT governance, and current trends in digitalization
  • Experience in project management as well as in facilitating coordination and decision-making processes
  • The ability to quickly grasp complex issues, structure them, and translate them into viable solutions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident demeanor and a passion for collaboration and networking
  • Knowledge of church or comparable organizational structures is an advantage

Here’s what you can look forward to

  • A secure, permanent position in an exciting field of work
  • Compensation according to Pay Grade 14 of the EKD Service Contract Regulations (corresponds to TVöD Bund)
  • A varied, challenging, and responsible role with a high degree of autonomy and creative freedom
  • A modern workplace in a dedicated team with a supportive and collaborative atmosphere
  • Extensive opportunities for continuing education and professional development
  • A “berufundfamilie”-certified work environment with flexible working hours and models
  • The option to work remotely
  • the social benefits of public/church service, including an attractive company pension plan and a child allowance for each child
  • a subsidy for the Deutschlandticket Job
  • everything that makes working at the EKD special
