As an IT Consultant at ATOSS, you will implement our workforce management software and ensure smooth integration with client systems. You’ll translate technical requirements into effective solutions and work closely with customers to tackle challenges. This role combines hands-on integration work with advisory support across diverse clients, from SMEs to large enterprises. You will contribute to scalable, reliable interfaces and help customers succeed with ATOSS products.

• Lead technical integration and configuration projects for ATOSS software
• Work across industries and client sizes, from SMEs to DAX companies, including international deployments
• Analyze and implement interfaces between ASES and external systems such as payroll providers, ERP systems, and SAP
• Maintain configured interfaces within an availability framework
• Maintain settings in ASES to support operations
• Provide consulting on technical issues and application problems
• Engage in remote client meetings and ensure ongoing support
• Aim for a varied, non-monotonous work routine

• Completed degree, ideally in a technical or scientific field
• Professional experience in software environment and programming
• Knowledge of Groovy or Java and SAP interfaces (BAPI, flat files, web services), web services (REST and SOAP), and GraphQL
• IT affinity for modern browser GUIs
• Experience and enjoyment in direct customer contact, ideally in an advisory capacity
• Deductive reasoning skills and ability to simplify and articulate complex requirements
• Fluency in German and very good English skills
