What you can expect

• Ensuring smooth IT operations within the company

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstation systems
• Contributing to the further development of the IT system landscape

What you bring to the table

• Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist) or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in IT support is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft environments (alternatively: Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office products (M365))
• Independent and structured work style
• Solution-oriented mindset
