IT Generalist - AI & Digital Transformation

As the municipal housing authority for the city of Neu-Ulm, we are continuously building and managing a portfolio of approximately 2,600 apartments. We focus on urban planning and architectural quality as well as fostering strong neighborhoods. With innovative concepts, we set new standards in new construction and modernization and contribute to the development of an attractive cityscape.

Your responsibilities:

Assistance with IT support, as well as error analysis and troubleshooting
Assistance with the administration, maintenance, and further development of the IT infrastructure
Collaboration on IT and digitalization projects
Assistance with the development and implementation of AI solutions
Analysis and optimization of business processes through the use of AI
Conducting training sessions and supporting employees in using new technologies
Technical support and further development of the company website
Maintenance and management of social media channels (e.g., Instagram)
Continuous development and maintenance of the intranet
Supporting the further development and implementation of data protection policies within the company

Your Profile:

Completed vocational training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of Windows system administration
Experience in the field of artificial intelligence and digitalization
Experience in social media and web maintenance is a plus
Basic knowledge of data protection (GDPR)
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong teamwork and communication skills
