- You will take responsibility for our user and license management (M365, Entra ID, Intune, Power Platform, and other applications).
- You actively drive the further development of our IT landscape and contribute your own ideas.
- You streamline IT processes and bring structure to complex workflows while adhering to the GHM strategy.
- You will work closely with our business units to gather and analyze IT requirements, for example regarding our trade show products.

- You ensure transparency through KPIs, reporting, and clear documentation.
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:
- You hold a degree in (Business) Computer Science, IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Security, or a comparable qualification or training
- You have several years of experience in IT operations or IT infrastructure—ideally with a focus on the cloud and certifications such as ITIL or Microsoft.
- You have a very good understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and modern workplace concepts.
- You have gained extensive experience in managing external service providers and IT services.
- Your expertise in leading hybrid IT projects and dealing with various stakeholders helps you maintain an overview—ideally using methodologies such as PRINCE2, IPMA, or PMP.
- You are characterized by a structured, self-reliant work style and a strong understanding of processes.
- Your strengths include analytical thinking and the ability to make complex topics understandable.
- Your strong communication skills, coordination abilities, assertiveness, and confident demeanor round out your profile.
WHAT YOU CAN COUNT ON:
- An open, motivating work atmosphere—nearly 90 friendly colleagues
- Honest, direct communication and genuine transparency across all levels and functions. Challenging tasks with guaranteed variety and plenty of freedom to act independently.
- Flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths, family-friendly conditions with variable work-from-home days and flexible working hours
- 30 days of vacation, attractive benefits in addition to your base salary (e.g., vacation and Christmas bonuses, etc.)
- From the garden to refreshments, from your favorite spot to a lounge chair, from after-work gatherings to professional development: endless perks and modern office amenities included
The salary range is between 60,000 and 80,000 EUR, depending on professional experience.
Bring your personality to the future of our successful trade shows!
We look forward to receiving your application, including your start date and salary expectations.
