IT Platform Lead

Overview

We are looking for an IT Platform Lead to join our IT team in Helsinki or Dublin, working in a hybrid environment. The role involves working at the intersection of architecture, security, and AI, collaborating with Product, Security, and BizOps to define standards, design infrastructure, and contribute to compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new tools and technologies to support platform goals.
• Work on integration layers and prevent fragmentation across the platform.
• Support security architecture and compliance initiatives.
• Handle operational responsibilities such as vendor management, license governance, and identity operations as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of API architecture experience.
• Familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI).
• Proficiency in Python and Go.
• Security fundamentals such as Zero Trust, ZTNA, SSO, IAM.
