IT Product Owner - EPC Project Delivery (m/f/d)

As IT Product Owner for EPC Project Delivery, you define the product vision and roadmap for digital EPC IT applications that support planning, control and execution. You’ll connect Project Delivery, Corporate IT and external partners to deliver measurable business value through scalable, secure and reliable digital capabilities. You drive lifecycle decisions, budgets and vendor partnerships, shaping transformation across project management, controls, engineering and construction. This role offers meaningful impact by enabling integrated, commercially sustainable solutions that scale with Exyte’s EPC projects.

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap and investment portfolio for EPC Project Delivery
• Translate cross-disciplinary needs into scalable product capabilities and measurable outcomes
• Own portfolio lifecycle decisions including investment, improvement, consolidation and retirement
• Ensure products are adopted, integrated, secure, reliable and supportable
• Manage product budgets, licenses, risks, vendors and delivery partners
• Lead the product team and govern across stakeholders, Corporate IT and external partners

• 8+ years of experience managing digital products, enterprise applications, or technology-enabled capabilities in EPC, engineering, construction, or similar environments
• Strong expertise in product and application portfolio management (strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, lifecycle)
• Solid understanding of EPC project delivery and construction business processes
• Knowledge of solution architecture, data management, cybersecurity, and IT service management
• Commercially minded with experience in budgets, licensing, sourcing, vendor performance and TCO
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence international stakeholders
• English fluent; German is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
