IT Project Manager (all genders)

In this role you lead and coordinate large IT projects within an agile environment, working with cross‑functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. You’ll strengthen client relationships alongside sales and service managers, and manage requirements, risks, budgets, and resources. You’ll facilitate workshops, communicate with stakeholders in German and English, and drive projects from idea to finished product in a collaborative, innovative culture.

• Lead and manage large, complex IT projects in an agile setting (on-site, remote, hybrid)
• Coordinate interdisciplinary, distributed teams across software engineering, quality management, and design
• Capture and translate customer and system requirements into structured project artifacts (backlogs, process models)
• Design and moderate customer workshops
• Lead expectation and risk management; oversee budget and resource planning
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders and project/development teams in German and English

• In-depth knowledge of project management methods (PMI, Prince2, HERMES)
• Experience with requirements management and agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Several years of IT experience in roles such as project manager, requirements engineer, business analyst, or IT architect
• Proactive, responsible, able to drive projects from concept to completion
• Strong German and English communication skills; empathy to balance customer and team interests
• High technical affinity, good process understanding, strong quality awareness
