Kepler Search is currently supporting a well established, reputable financial institution in Luxembourg who are hiring for an IT professional with strong technical expertise and experience delivering projects across agile and waterfall environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple initiatives to meet customer deadlines.
• Deliver and support IT initiatives using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Manage and track work using Jira.
• Provide technical leadership across UI/UX software, web-based application and code development projects.
• Facilitate workshops and create documentation to capture business requirements and convert them into actionable delivery plans.
• Oversee project processes, ensuring clear plans, milestones, RAID management, action tracking, reporting, and governance.
• Engage and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders.
• Support budget management and governance in collaboration with PMOs.

Skills Needed

• Over 8 years working as a project manager within the financial services in IT or technology roles.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and modern delivery frameworks.
• Proven experience working with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with IT reporting and budget management.
