IT Project Manager – m/f/d

• Planning, management and implementation of IT projects in the areas of remote service, production data collection, track & trace, and software interfaces
• Advising national and international customers in pre-sales and after-sales
• Handling 2nd-level support and resolving complex customer inquiries
• Training and advising internal departments on IT-related topics
• Creating structured project and product documentation
• Close collaboration with the development team to implement customized customer solutions
• On-site customer support during occasional travel

Requirements

• Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT project management
• Solid knowledge of networking
• Enthusiasm for modern IT solutions
• Structured and solution-oriented working approach
• Strong technical understanding
• Good communication skills and a strong customer focus
• Organizational talent and the ability to work independently
• Fluent English for collaboration with international customers
